The User Committee will have arepresentative from each of the scientific departments of the faculty and arepresentative from the ITC supporting department(s) and LISA. The OpenScience Officer will chair this committee.
The role of the User Committee canbe briefly summarized as follows:
- Review,contribute and approve the vision and annual plans for embedding Open Scienceat ITC
- Be a sounding board for the steeringcommittee and the Open Science officer, which amongst other tasks signalsessential Open Science related developments/needs inside and outside thefaculty
- Actively communicate Open Science relatedactivities and procedures to staff in their respective departments or units.
- Quarterly counsels
