Members

Upon registration as a member of the Personnel Society PV InTerContact, you accept that we:

  1. Keep a record of the following personal credentials to execute administrative procedures: first name, last name, prefix, address, postal code, city, country, email address, membership and payment status
  2. Inform you about and invite you to participate in activities through email or direct mail

If you are employed by the University of Twente, you accept that we share the essential information to the University of Twente for monthly deduction of the contribution fee from your salary. We do not share your personal information with anyone else, except when the organisation and execution of an activity require us to share parts of this with other participants of that activity.

We will treat your credentials, stored in a secured database, with the highest respect. We will use Pronuntio to communicate with our members. If you do not (want to) receive emails you have to submit your preferences in writing to the secretariat.

Participants in activities

Participanting in PVI activities generally means that you accept the publication of your participation and photos/videos in articles on our website.Participants can (also afterwards) send a request to the secretariat to remove specific photos/videos and/or references in articles on/in which they can be uniquely identified. Please provide the specific URL to the photo/video or title and paragraph of the article.
