Dr. A. Gonzales Fletcher, Colombia (1976)
Appointed Fellow on 17 December 1976. He was the first director of the Centro Interamericano de Fotointerpretación in Bogota, Colombia, from 1968 to 1973. In that period, the foundations were laid for a favourable development of the CIAF, which led to CIAF gaining an excellent reputation not only within Colombia, but also in many other Latin American countries.
