For the third consecutive year, ITC-PGM participated in the International Seminar on Land Governance and Economic Development in Brazil—this time at its 10th edition (SIGTDE), held in Belém, Brazil. Organized by the Instituto de Governança de Terras (IGT), one of our key partners in the PGM Brazil Hub, the seminar remains a crucial platform for discussions on land governance.
This year, André Mano was invited to deliver a talk on the importance of open data and data interoperability as essential components for effective land governance and economic development.

ITC-PGM’s presence at the seminar is becoming a valued tradition—one we are committed to maintaining. Beyond being an important event for understanding Brazil’s land sector, it also serves as a vital opportunity to strengthen connections with colleagues and partners while ensuring ITC remains a key player in the field.
ITC presence is also confirmed in the 11th SIGTDE, to be held in November 2025 in Florianopolis.
