Open, safe, responsible, accountable, diverse, and inclusive academic and workspaces, culture, and practices.
At the ITC Faculty, the Integrity Sounding Board was created in 2021 to promote and support actions for the existence of open, safe, responsible, accountable, diverse, and inclusive academic workspaces and culture by/for all members of the ITC community (i.e., students, academic, and support staff).
INTEGRITY SOUNDING BOARD
The Integrity Sounding Board's (ISB) first-year work has resulted in the first ITC’s Integrity Action Plan focusing on scientific and social integrity (for the latter, specifically on social safety). The ITC Integrity Action Plan aims to define and implement strategies and instruments to assess the ITC community’s current integrity status and the most pressing issues while carrying out direct concrete actions to enhance integrity @ITC. There are plans for a survey as our assessing instrument, perhaps focus groups and discussion spaces, training workshops, and the definition of (institutional) communication spaces to discuss our findings and progress at the faculty level.
Questions?
If you have questions about the ITC Integrity Action Plan, or in general, comments or suggestions about integrity at the faculty, please feel free to contact us at integritysb-itc@utwente.nl
