Donation Program

The Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) of Twente University, is one of the world's foremost international professional education establishments in the field of geo-information science and earth observation. At this moment joint educational courses are offered in many countries and ITC Faculty Library is involved in most of these joint courses by setting up partnerships with the libraries of the organizations where the joint education programmes are conducted.

As part of the cooperation programmes ITC library has set up a book and journal donation program for all its partners. ITC Library offers books and journals to these partners; they can choose which publications they are interested in, and the materials will only be sent upon request.

September 11, 2012 in a festive ceremony the rector of the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria, Mrs. T.T. Akande hands over the books from the ITC library donation program to the heads of the departments. ITC received letters of appreciation to the Rector Prof. Tom Veldkamp en the Librarian Drs. Marga Koelen and some pictures to illustrate their gratitude.
